Merchants will get automatic Order notification upon consumers placing orders to SydneyDirect, and are required to make the delivery when the order status shown as “Processing” (this means customer’s payment is received). After the delivery, vendors shall change the order status to “complete” from vendor account dashboard
Shipping charge calculation : For domestic delivery, we uses standard AUSPOST parcel rate to calculate shipping cost based on the weight of the products, merchants (vendors) shall correctly input the gross weight for shipping cost calculation.
For delivery to China, the rate is calculated as $10 for the first kilo, and then $0.55 per 100g. Merchants can contract directly with preferred (cross-border) forwarder directly.
