【阿里山烏龍茶】
產於知名的阿里山茶區，因為高山氣候適合茶葉生長，日照適宜，產出之茶葉芽葉柔軟、葉肉厚，果膠質含量高，沖泡出的茶湯色澤翠綠鮮活、蜜綠透黃，滋味甘醇、滑軟，厚重帶活性，香氣淡雅，耐沖泡是其最大特色。

沖泡方法：適合90℃~95℃的水溫，溫壺後茶量3分滿，第一泡60秒，後續每泡累加5~10秒，濃度可依個人喜好增減。

Developed around 10 years ago, the tea estates on the Ali Mountain (also known as Alishan) produce the newest type of high mountain oolongs. At the elevation of 950 to 1000 meters, the mountainsides are covered with fog or clouds which are ideal for growing Oolong.
